Rough Country 34370 is a 3-inch lift kit for compatible Dodge Ram 2500 (2003–2010), Ram 3500 (2003–2007), and Ram 2500 (2011–2013) 4WD trucks. Diesel applications only — gas-engine, dually, and Power Wagon trucks are not covered. The kit ships with coil springs and fabricated rear lift blocks.

This 3-inch lift kit for the 2003–2013 Dodge and Ram 2500/3500 4WD covers trims from ST and Tradesman up through Laramie Longhorn, including TRX and Outdoorsman applications listed in the fitment section. It is a bolt-on job that raises ride height and opens up ground clearance for larger tires. The rear lift blocks are fabricated rather than cast.
