Rough Country 343.20 is a 3-inch lift kit for 2003-2010 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD, 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 3500 4WD, and 2011-2013 Ram 2500 4WD. It pairs front coil springs with fabricated rear lift blocks and application-valved N3 series shocks. It does not fit gas engine, dually, or Power Wagon models.

This 3-inch lift kit for the 2003-2013 Ram 2500 4WD and 2003-2007 Ram 3500 4WD covers the ST, SLT, Laramie, Sport, TRX, Tradesman, Big Horn, Lone Star, Outdoorsman, and Laramie Longhorn trims listed in the fitment section. Gas engine trucks, dually axles, and Power Wagon models are outside the fitment. The kit boxes coil springs alongside the N3 shock and hardware package, and the rear blocks are fabricated rather than cast.
