5-Inch Lift Kit with V2 Shocks for Dodge Ram 2500/3500 4WD

5-Inch Lift Kit with V2 Shocks, fitment-checked

Rough Country 39170 is a 5-inch lift kit for 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD and 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 3500 4WD. The kit is built around front coils, a drop bracket box kit, black U-bolts, and two pairs of V2 monotube shocks. Gas engine models only. Dually and Power Wagon trucks are not covered, and minor drilling is part of the install.

This 5-inch lift kit for the 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD and Ram 3500 4WD suits Laramie, SLT, ST, and Sport trims, plus the TRX4 on the 2500. Control arm drop brackets bring the arms back toward their working angle and a track bar bracket holds the front axle centered, so factory steering geometry stays close to stock while ground clearance goes up. Fabricated blocks handle the rear. Confirm your truck is a gas, non-dually, non-Power Wagon model, plan for minor drilling, and pull the downloadable Rough Country installation guide before you start.
