Three Jeep platforms share this front track bar: 4WD Cherokee from 1984–2001, Comanche from 1986–1992, and Grand Cherokee from 1993–1998. It is sized for anything between stock height and 3.5in of suspension lift, uses a 1.25in forged steel body with OEM-style rubber bushings, and can be adjusted on the vehicle to bring the front axle back to center.

Cherokee, Comanche, and Grand Cherokee owners all land on the same part here, which makes the year check the important step: 1984–2001 for the Cherokee, 1986–1992 for the Comanche, 1993–1998 for the Grand Cherokee, 4WD in every case. The lift window is the other gate — 0 to 3.5in, which covers stock-height trucks as well as mild builds. Adjustment happens with the bar mounted, so axle position can be corrected against the tire gap rather than guessed at.
