Two conditions decide whether this fits. The first is drivetrain — every row on the part is rear-wheel drive, so a 4WD truck is out. The second is which 2007 you have: the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Classic and GMC Sierra 1500 Classic are covered for 2007, while the main listing stops at 2006.
