Rough Country 63830 is a 4-inch lift kit for the 2004–2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and Unlimited Rubicon in 4WD. It fits Unlimited models only. The kit pairs N3 shocks with 4-inch coils, long-arm control arms, and forged adjustable front and rear track bars. The exhaust must be cut and rerouted away from moving parts during installation.

This 4-inch lift kit for the 2004–2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4WD is a long-arm setup: high-flex coils front and rear, adjustable upper and lower control arms, forged adjustable track bars, a front track bar drop bracket, pitman arm, sway-bar quick disconnects, extended rear sway-bar links, bumpstop extensions, braided stainless brake lines, and N3 shocks. Flex joints use a 2.5 inch body with 1.25 inch thread and are greasable and rebuildable. Plan on cutting and rerouting the exhaust. A slip yoke eliminator with CV driveshaft is advised to keep driveline vibration down; Rubicon models can skip the SYE and transfer case drop but still benefit from a CV driveshaft.
