A Slip Yoke Eliminator with CV Driveshaft is recommended to avoid driveline vibration. Rubicon models do not need a SYE kit or transfer case drop but a CV driveshaft is still recommended. Exhaust will have to be cut and rerouted to make sure it is away from the moving components. Fitment on this page is based on the manufacturer’s application data.

The kit ships with 4-inch coils, forged front and rear adjustable track bars, rear shock relocation brackets, and two M1 monotube shock pairs. It does not fit Unlimited models.
This 4-inch lift kit for the 1997–2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ 4WD pairs long arms with high-clearance lower control arms to raise ride height and open up suspension travel. The upper arm flex joints use a 2.5 in body with 1.25 in thread and pivot up to 20 degrees; the lower arm joints pivot up to 35 degrees. Plan on cutting and rerouting the exhaust to keep it clear of moving components, and note that Rough Country recommends a CV driveshaft — with a slip yoke eliminator on non-Rubicon models — to control driveline vibration.
