A CV drive shaft for the 2012-2017 Jeep Wrangler 4WD, recommended on models running 3.5in - 6in of lift. The two-door and the Unlimited use different shaft lengths, and this is the two-door part: it does not fit 4-door Unlimited models. Bolt-on installation.
A short-wheelbase Jeep puts the driveshaft at a steeper angle than a long one for the same lift height, which is why the two-door tends to develop a vibration first. This CV shaft carries the angle across a constant-velocity joint so the rotation stays even and the vibration goes away. It is a bolt-on replacement. The one thing to confirm before ordering is body style, because the 4-door Unlimited takes a different shaft entirely and this will not fit it.
