Rough Country 69031 is a 3.5-inch lift kit for 2018–2023 Jeep Wrangler JL 4WD, built around a 3.5-inch N3 shock kit box, matched 3.5-inch coils, a forged front track bar, and a front CV driveshaft. Coil spring rates limit this kit to 4-door Rubicon models: it will not work on 3.0L EcoDiesel V6, 392, or 4xe builds.
This 3.5-inch lift kit for the 2018–2023 Jeep Wrangler JL 4WD ships as a four-box package — 3.5-inch Rubicon coils, the 3.5-inch N3 kit box, a forged front track bar rated for 2.5–6 inches of lift, and a front CV driveshaft. The coils are rated to work with factory spring behavior, and the forged track bar uses a 1.25-inch outer diameter with rubber bushings to hold the front axle centered. Control arm drop brackets keep arm geometry closer to stock. No cutting or welding is called for, and a downloadable Rough Country installation guide is available before you start.
