Rough Country 647.20 is a 3.75-inch lift kit for compatible 1997–2006 Jeep Wrangler 4WD models, combining a 2.5-inch suspension lift with a 1.25-inch body lift and a set of 2.5-inch N3 shocks. It does not fit 4cyl-engine Wranglers or 2005-2006 models with the 6-speed manual transmission.
This 3.75-inch lift kit for the 1997–2006 Jeep Wrangler 4WD stacks three Rough Country packages in one box: a 2.5-inch six-cylinder suspension lift, a 1.25-inch body lift using fiberglass-reinforced nylon pucks, and application-valved N3 shocks. Fitment covers SE, X, Sport, Sahara, Rubicon, Unlimited, Unlimited Rubicon, and 65th Anniversary Edition trims listed below. Check the exclusions first — 4cyl engines and 2005-2006 6-speed manual trucks are out. Running larger tires on factory wheels can put the tire against the lower control arm at full lock, so aftermarket wheels are the better pairing. A downloadable installation guide is available.
