Rough Country 66140 is a 4-inch lift kit for the 1997–2006 Jeep Wrangler 4WD, built around forged front track bar, front coils, and two M1 monotube shock pairs. Rough Country recommends a transfer case drop or a slip yoke eliminator with a CV driveshaft to keep driveline vibration in check; Rubicon models can skip those but a CV driveshaft is still advised.
This 4-inch lift kit for the 1997–2006 Jeep Wrangler 4WD covers SE, Sport, X, Sahara, Rubicon, Unlimited, Unlimited Rubicon, and the 65th Anniversary Edition as shown in the fitment section. The box holds an adjustable forged front track bar rated for a 4-6 inch lift range, front coil springs, and two pairs of M1 monotube shocks.
