Rough Country 34840 is a 5-inch lift kit for 2011-2013 Ram 2500 4WD and 2011-2012 Ram 3500 4WD models, built around drop brackets, diesel coils, and two pairs of M1 monotube shocks. It works with factory 17-inch and 20-inch wheels. Minor drilling is required. It does not fit dually or Power Wagon models.
This 5-inch lift kit for the 2011-2013 Ram 2500 4WD and 2011-2012 Ram 3500 4WD covers listed trims from Tradesman and ST up through Laramie Longhorn. The box carries a pitman arm, black U-bolts, diesel coil springs, a control arm drop bracket set, and two M1 monotube shock pairs, with a track bar bracket to keep the front axle centered. Minor drilling is part of the job. Dually and Power Wagon trucks are excluded, and Mega Cab trucks running a two-piece driveshaft with carrier bearing can show take-off vibration that shimming the carrier bearing down addresses.
