Rough Country 349.23 is a 5-inch lift kit for 2011-2013 Ram 2500 4WD and 2011-2012 Ram 3500 4WD, built around an N3 shock kit, front coils, control arm drop brackets, a pitman arm, and 3/4-inch black U-bolts. It works with factory 17-inch and 20-inch wheels. Dually and Power Wagon models are not covered.
This 5-inch lift kit for the 2011-2013 Ram 2500 4WD (and 2011-2012 Ram 3500 4WD) uses drop brackets to keep control arm angles closer to stock, plus a track bar bracket to hold the front axle centered. The N3 shock kit, coils, fabricated blocks, pitman arm, and U-bolts ship together as one package. Minor drilling is part of the install. Mega Cab trucks with a two-piece driveshaft and carrier bearing may show take-off vibration, correctable by shimming the carrier bearing down. A downloadable installation guide is available.
