Rough Country 396.20 is a 5-inch lift kit for 2014-2018 Ram 2500 4WD trucks, built around front and rear box kits, replacement driver and passenger radius arms, and a matched N3 shock kit. It works with both rear coil spring and rear air ride setups. Power Wagon models are not covered, and the install calls for cutting and drilling.

This 5-inch lift kit for the 2014-2018 Ram 2500 4WD keeps the factory progressive-rate front coils in place and adds spacers, new radius arms, track bar brackets, sway-bar hardware, and a pitman arm up front. The rear side brings lift spacers, a track bar bracket, sway-bar links, bump stop brackets, and ride height arms that let air ride trucks sit up to 1 inch taller in back than the front. Application-valved N3 shocks are part of the package. Mega Cab trucks with a two-piece driveshaft and carrier bearing may show take-off vibration. Rough Country lists roughly 6-8 hours for installation.
