Rough Country 91944 is a 3.5-inch lift kit for 4-door 2024–2025 Jeep Wrangler 4WD models, built around coil springs, a forged front track bar, a Dana 30 front CV drive shaft, and two pairs of M1R monotube reservoir shocks. It does not fit Rubicon, 392, or 3.0L EcoDiesel V6 models.
This 3.5-inch lift kit for the 2024–2025 Jeep Wrangler 4WD covers Sport, Sport S, Sahara, Willys, Unlimited Sahara, and Unlimited Willys applications listed in the fitment section, and 4-door bodies only. Coil springs use factory-style spring rates, the forged front track bar carries a 1.25-inch outer diameter with OEM-style rubber bushings and supports 2.5-6 inches of lift, and control arm drop brackets hold suspension angles closer to stock. The kit bolts on with no cutting or welding. Confirm the Rubicon, 392, and EcoDiesel exclusions before ordering, then work from the downloadable Rough Country installation guide.
