2012-2018 models require exhaust modifications to clear the front driveshaft SKU: 1030. On Automatic equipped vehicles due to use of an oversize driveshaft from the factory and inadequate factory clearance it may be possible for the front driveshaft to come in contact with the automatic transmission pan tearing the factory boot and rubbing on the shaft. Generally this occurs during heavy articulation when front sway bar links are disconnected and longer shocks are installed. If this is found to occur the proper procedure would be to replace the oversize factory shaft with an aftermarket smaller diameter shaft to increase clearance between the transmission and front driveshaft. Rough Country does offer this driveshaft if needed. Fitment on this page is based on the manufacturer’s application data.

This 4-inch lift kit for the 2007-2017 Jeep Wrangler 4WD covers Sport, Sport S, X, Sahara, Rubicon, and the 70th and 75th Anniversary submodels, and it is a two-door application only. The box carries two V2 monotube shock pairs, a forged front track bar rated across a 2.5-6 inch lift range, X-Flex arms with a 2.5 in body and 1.25 in threads, and plates that correct rear coil angle by 10 degrees.
