A 5-inch radius arm lift for 2019-2024 Ram 3500 dual-rear-wheel diesel trucks in 4WD (Rough Country 37530). The kit includes a transfer case clocking ring, so the transfer case comes out during the install to set correct front driveline geometry. N3 shocks and a front track bar bracket are included. Minor cutting is required. Not for Power Wagon, air ride, or 6.7L HO Turbo Diesel trucks with the 6-speed Aisin transmission.
This 5-inch kit is the dual-rear-wheel answer for 2019-2024 Ram 3500 diesel 4WD trucks. Radius arms with rubber bushings hold a near-factory arm angle, a track bar bracket keeps the front axle centered, and application-valved N3 shocks handle damping on and off pavement. Plan the job realistically: the transfer case has to come out so the supplied clocking ring can set correct front driveline geometry, and minor cutting is part of the work. Rear wheels may need dually spacers to run a 12.50in wide tire. Power Wagon, air ride, and 6.7L HO Turbo Diesel trucks with the 6-speed Aisin transmission are excluded.
