Rough Country 38430 is a 5-inch radius arm lift kit for 2019-2024 Ram 3500 4WD diesel trucks, and it carries the rear air bag box kit for trucks that left the factory with rear air springs. It fits both single and dual rear wheel configurations. Minor cutting is required, the transfer case must come out for the clocking ring, and cab and chassis and Power Wagon models are excluded.

What sets 38430 apart in the 5-inch Ram 3500 range is the rear air bag box kit that comes with it, so trucks built with factory rear air springs are covered. The rest is the radius arm package: arms with rubber bushings at a factory-like angle, a front track bar bracket to keep the axle centered, a shock kit, and the transfer case clocking ring that has to go in with the case out. Single and dual rear wheel trucks both fit; rear wheels may need dually spacers to run a 12.50in wide tire.
