Rough Country 37830 lifts a 2019-2024 Ram 3500 4WD diesel 5 inches using radius arms, a front track bar bracket, and N3 shocks. The single-rear-wheel clocking ring box kit is what separates it from the dual-rear-wheel version — either way, the transfer case comes out during the install so front driveline angles land correctly. Minor cutting required. Power Wagon and air ride models are not covered.
The single-rear-wheel version of Rough Country's 5-inch radius arm kit for the 2019-2024 Ram 3500 diesel 4WD. Its clocking ring box kit is the single-rear-wheel part, and installing it means pulling the transfer case so the front driveline sits at the right angle afterward. Radius arms carry rubber bushings and a factory-like angle, a track bar bracket recenters the front axle, and N3 shocks are valved for this application. Minor cutting is required. Mega Cab trucks with a two-piece driveshaft and carrier bearing can show take-off vibration, which shimming the carrier bearing down usually addresses. Excludes Power Wagon, air ride, and 6.7L HO Turbo Diesel with the 6-speed Aisin. Shipping weight: 281.25 lb.
